Romelu Lukaku talk about his playing style in Chelsea

Romelu Lukaku has talked about his time at Chelsea thus far, alleging that boss Thomas Tuchel's style of play is not to his liking. Despite his strength and physicality, the Belgian does not enjoy playing with his back to the goal.

Lukaku joined Chelsea for a club-record £97.5 million this summer, and he made an immediate impression with a goal against Arsenal on his first appearance. Since then, he has only played in one Premier League game, scoring twice in a 3-0 win over Aston Villa.

Lukaku told UEFA that he had not yet been adequately utilized. The Belgian stated that he prefers to participate in link-up play rather than wait as a target man in and around the box.

Romelu Lukaku has set his perceptions on a new goal after earning his 100th cap for Belgium last month. The Chelsea striker stated that winning a trophy with the national team is his "ultimate objective."

Lukaku currently has 67 goals in 100 appearances for Belgium. When Belgium takes on France in the UEFA Nations League semi-final this week, he'll be looking to add to his score.
